1. Scope of Services

PlacementBee offers a platform where recruiters can select from a very large database of pre-screened candidates. The candidates can advertise their profiles to get noticed by the biggest recruiters. We also provide additional screening services like testing subject knowledge, pre-hire communication and taking interviews. We facilitate the process of recruitment but the final selection call is taken by the companies. We try to ensure that all relevant candidates get maximum exposure to potential recruiters.

We also provide specific packages to recruiters and the screening is based on the criteria set by them. We do not set recruitment criteria or are involved in any agreement between the potential employer and the candidate.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

This website and its entire contents including but not limited to, media files, text information, video content, artwork, graphics and software is owned and is licensed to PlacementBee. This ownership is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and treaties.

PlacementBee respects the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. You must not:
- Modify copies of any material from this Site.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right indicators from any material published in this Site.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to steal any software code from this Site
3. Payment and Prices

We accept payment for our services through the Online mode only. We use reputed third-party payment gateways for receiving all payments. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions of the third-party vendors before you make any payment to our Site.
The prices of our services and products are liable to change from time to time. It is the sole discretion of PlacementBee to fix the prices of its products and services.
4. Termination and Suspension of Services

You may terminate the services you receive from PlacementBee and delete your account through your account management page. Such termination will result in deactivation of your account and your access to it. If you want to delete all data that we have collected through your use of this Site, you will find that option near the end of your account management page. On receiving confirmation that you want to have all your data deleted, we shall do so immediately. Any active subscriptions will be stopped immediately and you will not be billed from the next cycle
PlacementBee also reserves the right to terminate your services if your activities are found to be in violation of this terms and conditions or unethical. In such cases, any service to which you may have subscribed and you will not be billed from the next cycle. In case you have already made complete payment towards such service, no refund will be given. For other cases of refund, please read our Refund Policy.
5. Disagreement resolution

We will try our best to resolve your issues amicably and with the best plan for redressal but in case such negotiations fail, all legal disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
